Secure telehealth counseling is available statewide. In-home therapy is offered in greater Roanoke, Lynchburg, Vinton, Salem, Bedford, and Altavista when clinically appropriate. In-home therapy is self-pay only, is not covered by insurance, and includes an additional fee on top of the regular session fee.
