Theralynx is a growing Roanoke clinic serving Lynchburg and surrounding communities through telehealth and in-home care.
Theralynx is a growing mental health clinic based in Roanoke, serving clients throughout Lynchburg and surrounding communities including Bedford, Salem, and Vinton. We provide therapy through telehealth and in-home services, with a shared commitment to accessible, ethical, and client-centered care.

Who We’re Looking For
Theralynx is interested in connecting with clinicians who are licensed or working toward independent licensure.
We are interested in connecting with clinicians who are:
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Residents in Counseling (under supervision)
- Clinicians working toward independent licensure
- Experienced in individual and/or couples therapy
- Trauma-informed and client-centered
- Interested in flexible, non-traditional care delivery models
Specialized interests such as couples work, experiential approaches, neurodivergent-affirming care, or creative modalities are welcome and encouraged.
Careers designed with clinicians in mind
Theralynx clinicians may provide telehealth across Virginia and optional in-home therapy in select local areas, with structured supervision and a sustainable practice culture.

Practice Model
Theralynx clinicians may provide telehealth therapy for clients across Virginia as well as in-home therapy for clients in select local areas (optional and based on clinical appropriateness).
You are not required to offer both. We work collaboratively to design a role that aligns with your strengths, comfort level, and professional goals.

Support & Supervision
Residents in Counseling receive structured clinical supervision in alignment with Virginia licensure requirements. We prioritize ethical practice, clear communication, and professional growth.
Licensed clinicians benefit from peer consultation opportunities and a supportive environment that respects autonomy while maintaining high standards of care.
